It was pretty straight-forward and standard interviewing process. They asked all the normal questions and I answered them accordingly. I also went through a phone screen initially before going on site.

Initial phone screening from corporate HR. Led to 45 min. phone interview with plant manager. Then 3 hr. onsite interview with leadership team.
Was pretty typical for manufacturing jobs like this one.
