Applied via linkedin and received a message the same day from another community manage tasked with recruiting. We had a really good conversation. I liked the fact that I had the opportunity to ask someone who is directly in the role some key questions about the day to day etc. After the first interview I was set up to meet the area manager for the Chicago market. She was super nice and I feel we had a great conversation about the location, expectations, etc. Still have no even heard a follow up to that so I assume I should be moving on to another company. Overall seems like a good place to work and a good company to work for. Albeit the pay does seem a little low for this type of position. Where as other workplace companies I've interviewed for have a significant bump in pay and benefits.
