Interview via Microsoft Teams with Hiring Manager.
The HM asked only one basic question and then she looked off in a direction away from the camera. It was obvious she was bored and not interested or listening and subsequently I felt the same. She actually looked pretty miserable and never smiled once throughout the entire 30 minutes that she afforded me. All I heard from her was how fractured healthcare is and how dated their systems and processes are. Clearly isn’t a happy or progressive place to be. This was a VP who interviewed me and if this is what leadership behavior in HR is like with a candidate, I can’t imagine what it’s like to work here.
