The interview process starts a 10 minutes phone call in which the interviewer follows a tick-box list and doesn't really listen nor gives any info about the job. The job description itself is so generic that it could be anything. The only other stage is a 30 minutes zoom call with the same tick-boxing method, which anybody who spends a half hour studying the role could pass. As a recruiter myself I found the whole thing ridiculous. The interviewer was very evasive with the answers about the role and kept on repeating the same answer for totally different questions.
I have been offered the job and I have been told I have to pay for a course and I will be reimbursed, but I have been given 2 days to accept the 'job offer' and moreover I HAVE TO pay those £280 before I even sign a contract. SUPER DODGY.
