The interview process was relatively quick, about 1 month total from first conversation to offer. The process was very clearly communicated and responses were timely. Overall it was a great experience. The initial conversation was with the hiring manager, focus around my experience, how it relates to the position and overall role responsibility. Second interview with customer success team to review more experience and discussion around client interaction and how I would handle various scenarios with experience. Third interview was with HR partner and was more information on role and company with some light background review. The next set of interviews were part of the virtual 'on-site', which was 3 individual meetings. First was with an exec and a focus on champion building, vision for future etc. Second was with data scientist and customer success manager with a set of case studies focused around data interpretation, walking through thought process and explanations of results in scenarios. Last was a panel presentation/review where I created a presentation reviewing a made up client scenario focused on post sale, pre-implementation kickoff. Everyone I interviewed with had exceptional backgrounds which could be intimidating but they were fantastic people, open and honest about the pro's and cons. Even if I wasn't offered the position, I'd have given a positive rating for the interview process.
