I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nothing Bundt Cakes (San Leandro, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
First they called me for an interview and then I went to the store for it. Pretty easy to be honest. It's a nice place and they might contact you at any time, maybe not right after.

Interview
Phone interview to start asking about general skills and why my skills aligned to a fast-paced, customer-centric position. I then came in for an in-person interview and was hired on the spot.
My interviewer wanted to hear about any previous job experience, such as cashier roles or host roles. You could talk about volunteering as well, any experience you had. They asked standard background questions like if you were in school, what you were studying.

Interview
Asks questions based on what work experience you tell them. Read the motto they follow and be ready to tell them which one describes you and why. A lot of customer service questions and what would you do in situations.
