Had a phone interview with the hr director, after that was asked to come in for an in person interview. I had a group interview with the hr director, manager and coordinator. Interview seem to go well. When I got home I sent thank you emails and cards to everyone I met and got no response which I felt was very rude and ignorant, they could at least responded back with a thank you. Also pay is very low at this company, 40K for a full cycle recruiter is a joke. Also seemed like they were trying to get ides on how to source candidates. I would be careful with this job. Seems more entry level.
