Easy, you just have a conversation and they don't really ask you anything professional. Just make sure you are competent. You get to the office and meet with one person, and talk. There is very little pressure and they do not tell you how the interview will go before you get there.

Received an email for a phone interview. The first time, never got a confirmation from the interviewing manager and I had to reach out the day off to confirm again. The interviewing manager confirmed and then never called. They never reached out via email, I had to reach out only to get a generic email saying I was in a meeting, no apology or anything for missing the appointment. Made a second appointment. Again it was never confirmed, reach out again, and asked them to close my application. They do not respect your time and frankly, the person was very snippy/rude. If this is how they treat applicants they are interested in imagine how they treat employees.
