I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was super fast, very nice people. I actually really enjoyed the process because they shared a lot about career growth and how I can grow as a professional at this institution. I would not say the interview process was difficult at all. I had very little stress and they shared some questions with me beforehand
Online submission (upload CV, upload cover letter, upload research papers, upload thesis), one-on-one interview (Can you tell me a little about yourself? ,ask questions from your research field, future plan, possible advisors)
