Very simple intioal intreview prossess, Just know know some past experances you have had to draw on since you will likely be asked to.My interview process was going to be three interviews total however I needed to drop out of the process after the second one for a family emergancy

Give an example of a time where you had to over come struggle.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
