The interview process was terrible. The interviewer was not bright at all, her name was Melissa. I interviewed in April of 2015. The main problem was that she was asking questions about what my parents do? Why is this relevant at all? Because the job requires selling insurance to your family and friends. I thought it was totally inappropriate to ask what my parents do, they're not interviewing for the job. I would not want to work here either way, the culture is not warm and inviting. Mainly the interview process is terrible.
