Phone call interview with one of their business development senior representatives. 15 minute phone call to discuss the role and what the benefits were. Just an intro call before delving into the true interview process. It is a commission only position.

They will give the position many names, but it is just a pyramidal scheme, to work on commission and work 24/7 with no life. All insurance companies do this so I'm not surprised. If you want to slave away, you can join

Pre-interview interview, interviewer immediately ended the call when I said a purely commission-based salary was not doable, would've liked to hear of any other possible opportunities they offer that had a yearly salary associated with them
