I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual in Jan 2022
Interview
Overall fairly easy, you go through three rounds and usually if you make it to the second round you have the job secured. Ask you simple questions about yourself, mostly ensuring you are good at communication.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
