Interview
Basically, it was ver informal and she asked a couple behavioral based questions, they don't care about skills at all. The only thing they are trying to figure out is if your good with people and if you have a network you can call and sell insurance to. It's commission based.

Question 1
There really wasn't a single difficult question. The hardest part would be the second round where you have to fill out a list o sixty f contacts that you can call and have a good shot at getting a sale. Basically you'll be pitching life insurance to your friends and family. sound fun?
There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
The first interview was easygoing and went fairly well. We talked a little on myself and what northwestern was all about. Because they wanted to see how I could fit in to their team and what I would bring.
