I had 3 interviews all of which were over the phone. Very friendly and informative. They understood the difficulties of the position and were able to relay it to me. They did give me a market survey assignment which they only asked about during the 3rd interview.

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
