Interview
First initial phone interview consisted of basic questions getting to know you. Interviewer was very nice and engaged in conversation well. After you pass phone interview they have you complete a small slideshow about yourself where you present it in the next 1 on 1 interview. After the 1 on 1 interview they have you complete a market survey to recruit potential clients. Final interview you turn in the market survey and go over details.

Name 2 difficult situations you were in and how did you overcome them?
Very kind people, genuinely want you to be there. Both first and second round interviews were really pleasant and gave descriptions about what job would look like. They did cancel my interview twice, once for a golf tournament, but good interviewing experience.
The interview process is really laidback. Someone will contact you to get the interview process started. It is only behavioral questions and then the interviewer will describe the position in further detail.
