Interview
The first interview was to get to know me better, very basic questions just to see if I was a fit. After the interview I was asked to write a brief essay of my amazing future and then I got asked for a second interview!
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
