Everyone was very friendly - was called in by a recruiter who saw my resume on careerbuilder.com - first round of interview was just an explanation of the job and company etc. Got a call back and will be attending second interview soon.

Three rounds with calls with the head of hiring and with the head of the department, all behavioral questions were asked at each round to get to know you and your network

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
