Second interview (2 hours) with Managing Director who would be my immediately manager. Completed second on-line assessment. In addition I was asked to complete 15 market surveys to gather prospects for if I joined the company as well as their attitudes, perceptions and experiences with financial advisors and the financial services industry. Third interview (2 hours) with Managing Partner where offer was made to join the company. My wife was allowed to come to the third interview so that she was aware of what is expected with the position. Compensation, training and development discussed at this phase. Everyone at this particular location was most welcoming and very professional. They made us feel that they really want us to be on board. The offices are very well appointed and professional though very warm.
