Applied for the job and within 3 days I received a request to do the video interview. A couple days later I was asked to come in for the in person interview. I sat with both the managers on the unit for about 20 minutes, then I went and shadowed a nurse on the unit for 45 minutes. It was a very positive experience, everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Phone interview with HR and then an in-person interview with the manger, EC, and four other staff nurses. Took turns asking me questions, allowed me to ask my own. Then shadowed on the unit for a little while

Easy application. Straightforward, quick, and easy process. Initial phone interview with recruiter and then video interview with managers on the unit. Had one prioritization question. Others were more personal and relate to why you want to go into nursing
