Interview
A multiday working interview. You meet with multiple key players, have an individual interview with your direct supervisor, and the entire team. In addition, you complete various assignments to show your abilities.
Pretty simple, and very comfortable. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Interview was straightforward with common interview questions. Felt at ease as soon as I sat down and started answering their questions

Interview
This company requires a "working interview" as part of their hiring process. The process is quite stressful and the tasks are completely arbitrary and not even tasks that are a part of the job. If you are currently working, you will have to find a way to take off 2-3 days to complete this process. The worst part is that they choose multiple people to go through this, so at least 1 person will have done all of that for nothing. It's the most ridiculous interview process I've ever been part of, and I would never subject myself to that again.
