Northwest HealthCare Tucson interview questions

Was emailed for an interview from the director. I then attended an interview and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Received a job offer on the spot and then waited for HR to start the hiring process.

Got an interview fairly quick. Before the interview even started, the ER director mentioned that the job title was unit secretary/tech, which was nice of her to mention but not what I was applying for. Questions were fairly easy.
