Interview
Informal and more educational about the position than being drilled questions at. I felt very comfortable and always interview better that way, as well. I think they are very fair in the interview process.

They asked me about my experience in psychology and direct support care.
Like any other interview process. They ask you questions you answer......they tell you they will get in contact with you. You will get the call almost immediately if they hire you.
