It was a great experience overall. The atmosphere was formal but slightly conversational. The only disappointing aspect concerning the entire process is not receiving any responses regarding the next step. Even though I won't give up, it is soul crushing not to hear anything back from one of your top institutions that you hope to build your career with. My humble feedback to the recruiting team would be to give a quicker response to potential candidates if they haven't been selected for the position that they interviewed for and to keep the channel of communication open if there are other positions that candidates might be better suited for.
