Interview
Applied on-line and receive a call about 1 week later to setup an interview. The person that called couldn't really give me any additional information...(I have 10 years of recruiting experience and wanted to may sure they were looking for a really recruiter not someone to post jobs and sit back and wait). The interview it self was focused on branding and promoting the NSLIJ system as opposed to finding out if I could do the job.

Question 1
No question were difficult more generic type questions. I could tell I wasn't a fit for them, the interviewers kept harping on the fact that there was a straight base and no commissions (I was coming from the agency side) and that they probably couldn't pay me the same as I was earning.
