Interview
Everyone was nice and asked questions. Did not feel uncomfortable at all, and I got to meet everyone (management) all at once. Initially nerve wrecking, but its nice to know everyone's role and get an idea of who you will be reporting to. Looking forward to a bright future with Northwell.

I believed they asked the same questions they would ask you on any interview. The people however made it so comfortable that you could just be yourself.

The interview process at Northwell was not too long. first I had a phone interview, then schedule a interview with the unit manager. then interview with staff. then got a tour.

Interview
Had a connection to submit my resume to a manager. Took about a month for Talent Acquisition to reach out for a mini phone interview just prior to establishing an interview date. Met with a panel about a week later. Meeting seemed to go well, no offer.

It was basic. No questions from HR. Set up an interview. I went in and thought the process was similar to other questions. Basic questions, no curve balls at all. Felt good!
