It was an two hour interview over zoom separated into 3 parts. the third part was an excel test, the recruiter i spoke with on the phone was apparently supposed to tell me about it, which he didnt but i looked on glassdoor luckily so i already knew. it was twenty minutes. they asked me about my interest in the role, told me about the 12 week training program, and more about the team. it seemed like a very intense program and that they were looking for a very particular candidate.

Had 3 rounds all online. Spoke with managers and directors. Was also given multiple Excel tests. Most interviews only lasted for 30 minutes. The excel tests were very similar to excel tests you would see for any financial analyst position. Good practice can be found on youtube.

Interviewed with 3 people back-to-back. They all asked similar behavioral questions, and want to see how you work with others and how you deal with conflict. There is a timed 20-minute Excel Exam to see if you are proficient in Excel.
