Northstar Resources Group interview questions

The process was smooth and efficient. The firm owner was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel like a good candidate for the position. They are thorough and want to ensure the best fit for the candidate and themselves in order to set people up to succeed. I would recommend them for anyone with a technology sales background looking to become a recruiter.

Took a personality test online. Initial in-person interview with a partner at the firm. Very straight forward interview. Why do you want this job? Go through your resume, etc. Then a Skype interview with two recent hires. That was more a chance for you to ask them questions about their experiences, they didn't really have any questions for me.
