Quite lengthy - had 4-5 meetings, followed by a case for which they gave a week. Another round to de-brief following the case study.
People seemed nice - were open to lots of remote work and competitive comp on offer

Business development, business head and risk. Risk survey including historical PnL, what intended coverage is, what alternative data use. View on market, macro, sector. Walk through investment idea. View on team structure, data usage
Had an interview each with the local Trader, and Risk Manager. There was nothing out of the blue, mainly behavioral questions and past experiences. Did not manage to get further
