Northleaf Capital Partners interview questions

Interviewed by two managers, go through resume in details, ask prior working experience, 3/5 year career plan, things dislike in prior/current job. Ghost after interview, no response after interview. Ask questions about team structure in prior/current job. Feels like not really hiring and prefer internal candidate.

Had initial phone calls with the HR and then 2 rounds of interviews with the team and an excel assessment. I was not added to the 2nd interview meeting invite and the Excel assessment was provided 15 mins late. In Addition, they seem to expect experienced hires for junior positions. Compensation ranges are not competitive in the market.
