Technical Test on Hackerearth followed by interview at Pune location and 2nd round of Skype interview by Chicago onsite technical lead.
1st interview was totally based on the project mentioned in the resume. Detailed discussion on project.
2nd interview was more towards project structure, technologies used, code/version control tools used and CI/CD.

Interview
It was such an awesome experience attending interview with Northern Trust team. I attended for Java Developer post and the recruiting team is very professional in sharing the Job Description along with all other information such as date, time, senior panel member information. It made very easy for me to prepare. After interview, I also got the interview status within 48 hours. I didnt clear the interview, but happy to attend and learn about Northern Trust.
