Interview was average. They asked about my experience working with children, specially mental health population. They asked me about my strengths, weaknesses, and what I find important in a supervisor. They asked me how I practice self care, which was an awesome question to hear from an employer. The interview last 45 minutes, and took place with my supervisor and program director. I received an offer the next day via email.
