Northern Brewer interview questions

Applied and heard back immediately from the VP of Marketing and had an awkward interview. He clearly wasn't used to this but a week later I interviewed with the president, who gave me tips for interviewing with AB In-bev, who recently bought the company. I didn't hear back for a couple weeks until I received a canned denial email. The whole thing felt unprofessional and disorganized. I also got the sense that this place doesn't care about customers but knows it will succeed because of its size and ability to price out competitors. This is even more true now that they have the resources of Big Beer. Irritating? Yes. But this is all true and I'm glad this didn't work out. This place is a mess and a long time employee told me the president is an arrogant micromanager and treats employees like they are expendable. After a long chat with the president and a tour of the facility, I expected more than a canned denial.
