Whole process is taking 5 to 6 months due to a delay in confirming budgets and hiring freezes. These positions have been open for months and they school wont let them fill them until mid or late May.
It's an exhaustive process with 4 to 5 rounds. Phone, 2 people zoom, on campus or day interview, a call with an executive and a final follow up BEFORE it even passes up to hiring. It's constant for staff but a big wait for potential hires. The questions and such aren't bad. Theres a presentation with a lot of material to review but they provide all of it. For an entry level position this is honestly way too much. If candidates don't drop out themselves they will forced to just it's a lot as an applicant for a bachelor's required position. And the wait time is about a month or more between each round. I'd offer more of the questions but it's been over a month since the last round and I'm still waiting on an answer if I'm hired or not. They are pretty good about communicating thought. It's just a very long process and they are aware.
