met with director very un professional. The director was nice however I felt that he was trying to sell me on the job when negotiating salary. He stopped the interview several times to take phone calls. He kept talking about incentives and did not discuss salary. He kept me waiting for over an hour in reception for the interview. He reminded me of a used car salesman. He acted like he was doing me a favor by interviewing me
