North Strategic interview questions

Pretty straight forward, all done virtually. Had about 3 rounds. Each interview involved meeting with various levels of people from the organization. Was very conversational and left time at the end of each interview for questions for me to ask.

3 rounds very casual from associate to director level in 3 weeks. Received offer at the end. People seem friendly, but pay is low, so turned the offer down and went with another.
