North Spore interview questions

I interviewed for a senior marketing role and had positive initial conversations. However, after progressing to a third-round interview stage with multiple team members scheduled, all interviews were canceled at the last minute after I had already rearranged my schedule and prepared. While I respect any company’s right to choose other candidates, canceling multiple late-stage interviews so close to the scheduled time reflects poorly on internal coordination and candidate respect—especially for senior roles where preparation and time commitment are significant. The experience was disappointing and inconsistent with the emphasis on people and values that was communicated during interviews. I would encourage leadership to take a closer look at their hiring process, as how candidates are treated is a direct reflection of company culture.
