I applied online. I interviewed at North Spore in Jan 2026
Interview
I interviewed for a senior marketing role and had positive initial conversations. However, after progressing to a third-round interview stage with multiple team members scheduled, all interviews were canceled at the last minute after I had already rearranged my schedule and prepared.
While I respect any company’s right to choose other candidates, canceling multiple late-stage interviews so close to the scheduled time reflects poorly on internal coordination and candidate respect—especially for senior roles where preparation and time commitment are significant.
The experience was disappointing and inconsistent with the emphasis on people and values that was communicated during interviews. I would encourage leadership to take a closer look at their hiring process, as how candidates are treated is a direct reflection of company culture.

What is my most and least favorite functional areas to manage?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at North Spore in Sept 2024
Interview
Had a phone interview during which I was essentially told I had the job. I was upfront about the fact that I was interviewing for other positions at the time and the interviewers words were "well either way you'll be employed" and "if you take the other position that's my loss". After that had a great in person interview, again was assured I pretty much had the job. Then, a week later I get a robotic rejection email that said nothing but that they had selected another candidate. I had interviewed for another position at NS and they at least had the decency to tell me why I didn't get the job, and I totally understood the reason. I never post reviews like this but this was truly such an awful rollercoaster experience. I've never been so confused after an interview process.
