My interview consisted of sitting at a meeting table and answering questions, it was a very easy and comfortable interview. I received a tour of the facility and introductions to the entire staff. I was able to visit with some of the clients and patients as well. I was invited to work a half day, to see how well I did with the staff and clients, it went very well and was hired the next day.
