North Berkeley Investment Partners interview questions

Very simple 30 minute phone call. However, after that left me extremely confused. They told me they would contact me the following week with their decision. A week went by, and nothing. Two weeks went by, and nothing. Finally, I decided to contact them. The HR department told me that the man in charge of hiring interns was in jury duty. A month went by, nothing. I emailed again, no reply. I emailed again, no reply. Honestly, it was a huge waste of my time and I would have rather been told during my phone interview that I didn't get the job instead of just being ignored. It was rude and inconsiderate.
