Norhart interview questions

Strangest interview of my life. Drove an hour just to wait in the hot vestibule for 20 mins when no one would answer the phone to let me in. I was then presented with a math packet to do in front of the interviewer. This took about 30 mins. They said they are looking for the best in the world but couldn’t even answer their salary range. When asked if I was interested I said no, but thanks for the math test and road trip.

1. HR 30 Min Phone screen 2. HR 1 hr zoom interview 3. 1 hr meeting with architectural team 4. 1 hr revit test All the steps were fairly easy but questions get repetitive and tiring
