Nordstrom Rack interview questions

Very impersonal and negatively changed my perception of Nordstrom. Was kept waiting more than 30 minutes due to all managers being at lunch, they seemed unprepared, confused me with another candidate and seemed disinterested. They asked a standard set of questions that they asked all candidates.

Interview process was seamless, enjoyed my experience. Questions were basic - what you would expect for an interview. Come prepared and you will do just fine. Make sure you focus on customer experience.
