I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Noom in Apr 2020
Interview
The process was very organized, thorough, and professional. I applied online and received an email for the next steps about 2 weeks later. The 1st part of the interview was a timed coaching scenario questionnaire and then video submission. After passing that round, I was invited to a virtual coaching session with "Sam". It was a fun process and felt like a real case scenario. The session lasted about 45 minutes. The next day I was invited to move onto the next step which involved a 1:1 interview via Zoom. The person interviewing me asked really great questions and was genuinely trying to determine if I would be a good culture fit. I felt I had a very good understanding of the company, culture, and what they are looking for in a successful coach. My interviewer also gave me feedback on my virtual coaching session which I thought was a great way to see how I responded to feedback. The feedback I received was spot on and I actually learned more about coaching through that brief interaction. This company really seems to have it together and know exactly what they are looking for.

Question 1

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
