The interview process started off as I expected, however when I got towards the mock counseling session it shifted. The preach about a motivational interviewing approach, however when you ask those questions they were short and unwilling to cooperate. They also gave me 45 minutes to 1 hour to counsel and the interviewer shut the interview session down early. They also took over 5 minutes to respond to questions making actual conversation time roughly 20 minutes
