I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Noom (Austin, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
I went through several steps, first was a timed questionnaire and a 1 min video of why you would would be a good fit. Next I went one hour back and forth with the client who is the interviewer of exactly what you would be doing at your position, next was a final 30 min zoom interview which was informal. I thought it was detailed, but overall I loved the process of it all! They were always on time and professional.

Question 1
Asked more about what I was doing and my interest in Noom
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
