Very simple and straight forward. Amazing staff overall who actually seemed to want to get to know who you are and what your goals are. I would happily repeat an interview or internship with them.

What kind of professional development do you hope to gain from this position?
Online interview. Questions about career, interests, and the connection to human rights, peace, and development. Some questions about specific work experiences listed on the CV. Discussing the motivation to join the organization, what I hope to gain, and what I can contribute. We also discussed % of workload I was able to take and possibility to start earlier than the job post said.
