Question 1
Questions pertaining to knowledge and ability to meet job requirements as well as questions regarding work mission/culture alignment
I applied online. I interviewed at Non-GMO Project (Bellingham, WA) in Apr 2021
Interview
This was an entry level position. I had 4 interviews drawn out over 3 months. All virtual and with up to 5 person panel. A lot of the same (repeat) generic questions were asked. The interviewers wouldn't share much information about the specifics of the position which was a red flag, even when a direct inquiry was made. I felt 4 interviews was excessive for an entry level position and taking 3 months to make a hiring decision seemed evident of possible mismanagement.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
I was asked what my feelings are about the current social injustice issues occurring in our country today and also how I feel about diversity inclusion in the workplace.
