Aptitude Test (HR)
Technical Round 1 (by Associate of the Department)
For fresher they try to understand intellectual capacities of the candidate, not the procedural knowledge.
Technical Round 2 (By VP of the department)
This round will be to assess if candidate can manage to undergo the pressure of the role.
- First had to do call with HR person over the phone
- Then, was met manager over the phone
- Then, invited for an in person interviews at the office
- Then final interview with team members

Interview
Had a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Was asked the common interview questions. I asked the hiring manager on the interview process and was told that I would be given an answer in 2 weeks time but sadly I was ghosted for 3 months and still no news.
