One-way interview with Hireflix w/ 15 seconds to think about your answer, records immediately, and no retakes. Any company doing these instead of offering live interviews should be avoided. Ghosted me afterwards. Who knows if they're using the pre-recorded interviews to train AI?

Interview
From the initial application to the final response, the process took 8 weeks. After the initial application I was invited to complete several video response questions. From there the initial interview was with the hiring manager, then the CEO, and finally a panel of three team leads. The process was very arduous and intense for an entry level position, especially because they were hiring in a cohort. I appreciate the candor and communication given by Marianne the hiring manager.

The interview process starts with a 30 min HR interview, then a 1 hour interview with the CEO, and then individual 30 minute interviews with team members. Mostly questions about what marketing ops is, why you're interested in it, and your background.
