1. Take an exam about basic knowledge about C, C++, python and so on.
2. One or more rounds of interview with about 3 technique interviewers
3. Then have an interview with human resources
it is rather an interactive process, it covered not only questions and answers. It is more bidirectional that includes both questions on technical capability and conversations exchanging job expectations and understanding.
