Met the employer at a job fair (April 2019). The next day was contacted and arranged a phone interview. The employer and the manager were on the call and went over my recent professional experience. Even though the interview was non technical, one question was asked.

Interview
First a phone screening with HR. Then 3 hours of human resources interview, following 3 hours of technical interview. Information about company and projects. CV walkthrough. Technical interview was challenging. They made an offer in one week.
